Timothy is an expert in education, building, planning, and small housing ordinances and regulations throughout California, located in San Diego. A former Senior Planner and Plan Review Specialist for the City of San Diego and Solana Beach with an education background in Architecture and Organizational Development. Deeply emersed in the ADU space evaluating over 1500 properties for small housing development in municipalities throughout CA and has managed over 30 ADU projects. Timothy is also an educator, course designer and curriculum developer, administrator, and grant director for SD Community Colleges focusing on adult vocational education, business, technology, operations, and support services.
