With his integrated approach to high-performance buildings, he uses practical and collaborative measures to advance sustainable and healthy building design and construction practices.

He has been involved with virtually every type of procurement and delivery process including: design-build, negotiated, hard bid, CM/GC-At-Risk, GMP and RFQ/RFP. His experience spans both public and private projects, delivered on-schedule and on-budget, with an emphasis always on client satisfaction. Clients have been comprised of design firms; public, private, and non-profit building owners; and developers – all representing a variety of building types including mixed-use, institutional, educational, transportation, hospitality, residential, commercial, and industrial.
